Alan trained as an organisational psychologist and has practised as a management consultant for over twenty five years.

He has extensive expertise as an organisational change specialist, business psychologist and management educator and facilitator.

Alan’s primary focus is the application of sound psychological techniques and processes to the design, management and implementation of behavioural, workplace and cultural change inside organisations.

He also assists people in organisations, especially leaders and managers, make the most of their skills, behavioural preferences and motivations, in the way the organisation achieves its mission and goals.
